• Inquiries and feedback — Comments and questions You submit through customer service interactions or surveys
• User generated content — Content You post or upload through certain parts of the Services

We also automatically collect certain information when You use our Services, including device information and identifiers (IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs, platform type, operating system) and location information (with Your consent, to track Your location when performing a job, visit, or shift for an HCO). • Create and administer Your AccrediMatch account
• Enable digital invoicing and facilitate communication between HCOs and Caregivers
• Verify the accuracy and status of Your licensing credentials with various licensing boards
• Respond to Your requests for support and feedback
• Conduct identification and criminal background checks, where applicable and permitted by local law
• Provide billing and fraud prevention services
• Send important information about the Services or important changes to our Services

How We Share Your Information

AccrediMatch does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below:

• With HCOs — We share Your name, contact information, availability, credentials, and other information necessary to bid on, request, accept, or fulfill a Visit or Shift with HCOs You choose to work with
• Service providers — We may share information with third-party vendors who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., background checks, data analysis, payment processing)
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AccrediMatch, our users, or others
• Business transfers — We may share or transfer information in connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business

Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website/app-related activities.

Data Retention
